Emergency Vet Bill for Teriyaki

My cat Teriyaki is a sweet little chubb. She is 2 years old and sassy.On 11/5, around 11 AM , I noticed something was really wrong when she hopped on my bed. She was bleeding from a HUGE cut on the back of her neck! We have no idea how it happened. She didnt get outside, and it must have happened within the hour. We just discovered a broken window in the spare bedroom, but didnt find any blood or fur...It took us nearly 3 hours just to catch her and put her in a carrier without aggravating the injury. When we took her to the vet, we found the gash is 5 inches long, and deep down to the bone! We had no choice but to leave her at the vet for sutures and antibiotics.The vet bill is $500 and we have NO WAY to pay it. Logan and I both work every day, but we are inbetween checks right now and if we pay this vet bill I will MISS MY CAR PAYMENT INSTEAD as well as my cards and insurance and phone. Any help you can offer AT ALL is deeply appreciated! I just want Teriyaki to come home!!!
