Help My Momma Come Home❤️

Hello everyone! My family and I are trying to raise money for a wheelchair ramp for my mom, Jessica. 2k is the amount a licensed contractor (my cousin) estimated. My mom was in a horrific car accident on Sept. 13, leaving her with a shocking amount of broken bones, and countless hours of surgery. She was on her way to work, and the other driver ran a red light going 80 mph. My mom has been a nurse for 15 years, and has always been the strongest, and most independent woman I know. Fortunately, my mom is not paralyzed and will eventually be able to walk again, but it will take months (and possibly years) of rehabilitation. We need to get her home as quickly as possible so she can finally rest in the comfort of her own home, and not a nursing home, and we can’t do that until we get a ramp built to the front of our house. I didn’t want to start a fundraiser, but we LITERALLY don’t have a choice anymore. Our whole family is struggling financially, due to Covid-19. Insurance will not cover the costs of a ramp, and it will be MONTHS before we see any money from a settlement. Trust me y’all, I HAVE TRIED to get services and resources that could help with the cost of a a ramp, but nothing has worked out. I just want my momma to come home so she can get the care she deserves. Covid-19 had been such a hard hit on everyone this year, and frankly, 2020 can kiss my ass. We really need help y’all and I am grateful beyond words to anyone who helps us out. We are all struggling, and we SERIOUSLY appreciate all the help we can get.
