Launch Our Kindergarten Reading Rockets

Hi everyone! I am a kindergarten teacher with 19 amazingly diverse students-11 of whom are in person 2 days per week while 8 remain all virtual as we continue hybrid learning. I am trying to raise funds to renew two subscriptions-initially purchased last year thanks to GoFundMe support- to continue providing online leveled readers and phonics support through programs that I have personal experience with and can attest to their fidelity and benefit. My students from last school year showed much progress in their phonological and phonics skills as well as reading abilities thanks in part to these programs. These programs would supplement current instruction and provide exposure for vocabulary and comprehension. Both of these programs can also be accessed from home on iPads or laptops. RAZ PLUS Kids leveled readers allow each student to have a digital library that is personalized to their level. Students can listen to the text, read the text independently, and even record themselves reading the text. There are even multiple languages available. Headsprout allows for phonics reinforcement in a fun, engaging way that is explicit, structured, and systematic in reinforcing and further exposing kids to grade level concepts. In addition, I am hoping to purchase some headphones/earbuds for the students as well since we cannot share materials due to Covid. Please help me to launch these kindergarteners forward in their love for learning and reading!
