Help my Mexican rescue dog (Reina)

Hello everyone, My dog Reina she is a rescue from Mexico! She had come along way in the 2.5 years we've had her. Her nightmare in Mexico was abuse, breeding dog ( when found she had a dead puppy hanging out of her) that's just one horror story this poor girl went through. We took her to the vets a few days ago and spent alot of money for exam, urniary analysits and meds. Which ended up making her worse. She needs to have blood tests and other tests done. She hasn't eaten in 5 days and now refuses to drink water, she pees while sleeping and has no energy. She looks jaundice in her gums and eyes. She also hasn't taken a poop in 5 days. She shakes and can barely walk. We have tried charity's but they are taking forever to get back to us or the vets. I also have a25 year old cat that needs meds monthly and additional costs. This is why we can't afford any more money for Reina. It has happened so fast and keeps getting more costly since she hasn't gotten any better, just worse and we need to take her in today or asap. I would be so grateful for any help and will pay it forward. Pets deserve to have the best care and I know Reina will love anybody that can help. It will give her a chance to know what life is meant to be and not abuse from when she was in Mexico.
