Jen's Battle Continues...with Cobra Insurance Need

Hello to everyone who is reading. As many know and to those who don't know, one of my dearest friends Jenifer Hughes has battled Ovarian Cancer and has beat it with the strength, support and prayers of many. This battle has left her body with many scars and some bodily functions not wanting to get back to business as per usual. Jen requires surgery in 2 weeks and much recovery time, that with all hopes and prayers will help her lead a more normal life. She was hoping to be able to go back to work by now but is not able. Her insurance has run out and COBRA insurance is her only option at this time at 1444 monthly starting October 1st. Other options like medicaid, insurance through Jim's employment are not available or the right fit due to which hospital system she goes through. Jen should not have to lose her home or what little assets she has to continue marching strong through to the end of this ordeal. As you all know her, she doesn't ask or accept help well. She's always the one their for us. Once again it's time to come together as family, friends and community and help her out.
