Chance of a Lifetime

Hello.  My name is  Carli Williams.  I take my studies very seriously and have achieved all of the academic goals I have set for myself.  I am currently a sophomore at Toms River East High School, enrolled in all Honors classes.  My goal is to graduate, go on to college and medical school and ultimately become a doctor.

Last week, I received a letter from the National Youth Leadership Forum on Medicine advising me that because of my academic achievements I have been nominated to attend the forum this summer.  This is a chance of a lifetime.  I will be able to experience firsthand what it's like to be a physician.Between small discussions with doctors to observations of actual surgeries, i will be  able to grasp the essence of what real medical professionals do.I would like to attend the forum in New York City so that there is no travel costs involved to fly to some of the other cities offered.  The cost of the ten day program is $2,695.00 tuition plus,travel costs and incidentals

I am seeking sponsorship from friends and family in order to pay the costs associated with this program.
