Nicaragua Missions Trip

In 2010 I began my nursing school journey.  With the strength of God and support of my loved ones I graduated nursing school and became an RN in 2011.  Being a nurse is an amazing privilege.  I am honored to serve and care for individuals in their moments of greatest need. 

God has opened the door for me to go on a new short-term mission trip to Ecuador with our church's Missions Department May 17 - May 24, 2014. I will be joining thirty individuals from our church citylife and traveling to Ecuador.  Our teams will be serving the local pastors through training and evangelism outreaches. We will serve the communities through a medical/dental outreach, teaching and childrens ministry and through various construction projects. We will be bringing medical and dental health care to those unable to afford care, teaching precious little ones about Jesus Christ and working side by side on community construction projects. I will be serving on the medical team. 

Last year I had the great honor and privilege to serve on my first short term missions trip. Serving on the medical team in Nicaragua was an amazing and life changing experience. That trip has birthed a deep desire and love for missions.  While I am eagerly anticipating this new trip to Ecuador, I am also humbled by the fact that I will not be able to fund all of the expenses on my own.  I would ask you to please pray and trust God's direction in whether you would like to invest any amount of the cost of the trip.  The total individual cost is $1,425.00.  In addition to individual cost, medical supplies and children's medication is greatly needed.If you feel led to make any kind of monetary donation, it would be greatly appreciated.
