Good day everyone, my name is Officer Joseph Travolino, I am a COBA Delegate at the Vernon C. Bain Center. At this time, two officers are currently suspended from duty without pay(CO Nicholas Barbetta & CO Robert Chestnut) during a time in which a pandemic is possibly on the return. We, the COBA Delegates at VCBC, (Myself, CO J. Hehl, and CO K. Moore) ask that you would be so kind enough to assist our brothers in their time of need.
