H.O.P.E is 1 thing able 2 give strength and life

Dreams die when you wake wishes get blown away when the candles on a cake are blown out but hope is infinite H.O.P.E in my eyes stands for Hold. On. Pain. Ends. Mental health kills even the strongest of people and sometimes all thats needed is hope a voice to remind you that you can hold on and the pain will end just keep hope in your heart and head and when life pushes you to the ground no matter what you'll never have nothing because you have 1 thing that only you can take away from yourself and that is H.O.P.E You'd be supprised the amount of people that think mental health is weakness or self inflicted or sympathy vote I can say I no this first hand I used to be that person saying erh depressed that's in your head self inflicted or mental health isn't a illness man up and I will be the first to say that was how I saw it but then my opinion changed because without me realising I was the one with a mental health problem i was the one not able to get up in the morning and I was the one shutting off from friends hiding away from family constantly deniying to others and myself that there was anything wrong with me and I looked ok to the outside world but that was a visarde a fake front and no-one knew any different until one day s sat on my sofa and without thinking twice i stood up locked my front door with the honest thought of now no-one had to walk into my house at the same time securing to the door frame one end of a noosed rope i stood on 3 paint tins and placed the other end around my neck and intended on taking my own life I came to on the floor blood from nose and mouth and scared to my inner core like fear that I never imagined I spent weeks in a mental health institute. I shared my experience to try and help shed light on no matter who it is or how strong they look or you think they are make a point of making sure your loved ones are genuinely ok not just presume because people say there ok and act ok that there telling you the truth because for the sake of a little time and actually being there talking and caring about someone not physically but in the shadows of there mind because trust the fact that it's to late once that person is no longer there you regret not trying harder as you never no who is suffering it may even be you stood on paint tins next in need of the reminded to HOLD.ON.PAIN.ENDS . Hope is like missing what you cant get back or loosing loved ones you only  realise its worth holding onto once its gone but then its to late so no matter what cherish every day with people who you love and care about because you never know when they might be taken from you forever
