Hello Infinite Dance Theater Family. We are reaching out today for your help. As you know, we were all affected by COVID-19. During the COVID stage, many homes, jobs and businesses were affected. Infinite has lost a few students, while rent continued to accumulate. Our landlord had been working with us to pay what we can every month to catch up. To be completely open and transparent, for those that do not know, the rent for our space increases each year that we renew. Infinite believes in quality training for all families. We work with our families on payments so their student can receive the best training without the bills. Instead of increasing tuition, we were able to increase our enrollment and fundraise without affecting the tuition costs. The owner of the property is not as patient as Amazon is coming into the area. The total amount of 10,584.80 is due by December 31st. The total amount includes the past due payments that are being caught up with this season's students, and upcoming rent for October, November and December. November starts a new year, the rent for November and December increased to 4017.60 a 2000.00 increase from the previous year. We have been praying and researching and trying to work out a way to pull this together by December. Our students are from the community. They work so hard in school and on the dance floor. There isn’t a studio with training that we offer in Stone Mountain with the payment program that we offer. We are a true family and Infinite promotes team work. With the affect of COVID, I let go an entire staff to be able to continue financially to keep these doors open for our students. Please help us reach our goal and keep Infinite open for our students.
