Help Monkeys surgery

My kitten, monkey, got outside and when he came back he was limping and in extreme pain. I took him to the vet immediately and had X-rays done, which shows he has a shattered ankle and few fractures. I took him to a few places and they all gave me two options: amputation or surgery. But that surgery would cost $4000 to $6000. I simply do not have the money to cover that. Amputation plus all the tests and vet visits will cost up to $2,000+ BUT that would still ensure him a long and healthy life. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
