Bench for Stephanie Muirragui

On April 23rd 2016 the Muirragui family lost their beloved daughter Stephanie due to a tragic car accident.    Stephanie loved life to the fullest and was taken from us way too soon.  Her love of all  animals, especially the ocean, marine life and turtles were the things that gave her so much joy.  In her honor we would like to put a bench  at the Phil Foster Park under Blue Heron Bridge a place she frequented often close to the ocean and her favorite marine life. This would also be a place her family and friends could visit and reflect on good memories of her and find peace in the place she loved most.
