Introducing our next Charity Event: 2500 REPS FOR CANCER! Proudly supporting the Chris O’Brien Lifehouse Charity on Sunday, September 1st at STEPUP HQ - 199, The Trongate, Granville!
If you thought 1,000 burpees was intense… we’ve got news for you...
Teams of 5 will smash out:
1 TEAM BLOCK RUN
500 Squats
500 Situps
500 Pushups
500 Lunges
500 Burpees
And end with… another TEAM BLOCK RUN!
Registration is at 8:30AM with a 9:00AM START – A donation of any size is required to enter.
This event is open to the public and we’d love to see as many people out to support such an amazing cause! And yes, it IS Father's Day! Bring dad down for some morning fun or compete and make him even prouder!
