My children are being wrongfully kept from me

I am setting up this fundraiser for legal fees for a family attorney to file for custody for my 2 children. Back on July 12, 2020 the father of my two youngest children ages 14 and 6, had me falsely arrested on battery charges and lied saying that our daughter feared me. It was a 16 year relationship, never married, that I had always feared him taking my children and my worst fear came true, as he attempted to also kidnap his twins from his ex-wife that I found out later on in our relationship. I found out he had been cheating on me for months & was luring women in on FB dating saying he “is a single dad & the kids mom abandoned us 3 months prior”. This was all premeditated to have me removed before Aug 1st. He was supposed to set up visitation for me with my son but he has cut off all communications between him and I. I have been a mother for 24 years to four beautiful children (2 are adults) and these past 7 weeks have been catastrophic for me and I can’t imagine how sad my two younger children are without me. My children are my world, everyday, all day was based around them, their wants & needs. I’m the one that plays tooth fairy, and every other fictional character we “white lie” about. I am THE school mom that’s 100% w/ registering, PTC meetings, IEP meetings, homework, volunteering, fundraising etc, parks, beaches, holiday events, playdates w/ friends, etc. That’s ALL ME!. I’m a giving person, especially to my community; have donated uncountable funds to all of our local schools, nonprofits, St Jude, and am a proud business partner of CMS here in Port Orange. My daily living is not living, its trying to stay strong for my children. I know they wouldn’t want me to give up. The family attorney has agreed to start taking my case with agreement to pay soon which I am grateful for I am grateful for every single one of you. I am the best mother for my children, I am a caring, loving, giving, and understanding mother/woman. I didn’t think something like this happened to people like me; I’m not an alcoholic or addict or in & out of jail. Never even got a speeding ticket before. But to go through everyday w/o my children because of his selfish wants with infidelity is beyond describable. Please pray for my children and I, I need as many prayer warriors as I can get
