Officer Norman “Duffy” Daigneault passed away at 10:30am on Sunday, May 15th, 2016. He lived in Canaan, New Hampshire but was a patrol officer in the Town of Grafton, and worked previously as an officer with the Town of Danbury. He is survive by his wife Patty and daughter, Sandra.
Duffy suffered from cirrhosis of the liver possibly from cancer. The duct to his liver ruptured on April 23rd. He was taken to DHMC via Canaan Fast Squad. There, they induce a coma state. The poison released destroyed his liver, kidneys and lungs.
This GoFundMe account is being set up to offset the expenses associated with Officer Daigneault's funeral, as the costs associated with a 3-week stay in the Intensive Care Unit are astronomical. Anything left over after funeral expenses are paid will go to cover remaining medical costs.
