Facial Feminisation and Tracheal Shave Surgery

Hey y'all,

I'm Anya, I'm a disabled trans woman living in the UK.

UK healthcare doesn't cover things like Facial Feminisation Surgery (FFS) or a Tracheal Shave (basically getting rid of my adam's apple), so I'm hoping to raise money toward getting that done whenever I hit my goal.

I've been holding off on doing this for a long time now, not feeling like I'm really worthy of the funds compared to so many others in this world needing so much more, but I just physically cannot live with the way I look any longer.

Having to worry about the way I look, the way people can see my throat, the visibility of it all.

So I'm taking the step to finally get this done.

At the moment I am going with estimated costs.

FFS in the UK can go as high as £40k, with a Tracheal Shave going up to £10k.

The extra £10k I'm asking for would help me with things like travel costs, downtime for recovery, and wiggle room for any complications in either of the procedures.

I hate to have to ask people for money for this, for anything, but with the way everything is right now, and my inability to work, I just can't afford any of this on my own...I need y'alls help.
