Jacobs Memorial Burial and Service

As most of you know, Jacob past away Sept 25th, 2015 after a short but strong fight against Pneumonia and a sepsis infection. Jacob suffered from Muscular Dystrophia his entire life. For those of you who knew Jacob, you know he never complained about his condition and was always grateful for everything he had.
Unfortunaly, the cost of his creamation and memorial service is more then Marie can afford being a single mohter of 3. Any amount you can donate to help give Jacob the send off he deserves is greatly appreciated.
it's terrbily tragic that one year ago we were doing a go fund me to raise money to improve Jacobs quality of life, and we did that. It's tough to ask to help Jacob have a send off for the end of his life, but that's where we are today.
If you are unable to donate, please just say a prayer for my sister, and Nick and Joshua, Jacob's brothers as they naviage through life without him.
