Drowning in medical bills

We're your average American family, who has just been blindsided by medical debt. I was forced out of my 20yr career by a heartless corporation, lost my medical coverage. Trying to work part time with work from home jobs to cover the gaps and it isn't working. Our twin boys need medication to manage autism, we have doctor bills from surgeries, and other various medical expenses... we're treading water, but we're starting to sink...
