Reaneons fight for life

October last year I had a major spinal operation with the first succees of being able to walk after the surgery things were going great but since then the tumour has come back and I have been diognosed terminal illness I am now unable to walk and am bound to my chair.  I want to  know my family will be ok when I'm not around any more.  I love my 4 children and husband to the moon and back life is way to short to take things for granted. Hubby is no longer able to work as I need full time care. Which means bills are piling up and we are on the verge of loosing our family car. This is our only means of transport to fit the family in to do day to day duties. Any little bit of help would be greatly  appreciated.
