On April 17th, my friend, Jake Owen, suffered a cardiac arrest.
Some of you may have known him by his alias Jake Stiles, a creator of Magic: the Gathering content on MTGGoldfish, including his series Playing Pauper, Limited Reviews, and Commander Clash. Others will know him as a friend, husband, and young father.
Thankfully, Jake survived the grim incident and is doing much better, but he still has a long road to recovery and could use our support. Weeks of hospital stay, therapy, and surgeries are causing the medical bills to pile up. This traumatic experience for him and his family has the added sting of being a major financial burden.
It's times like these that we, as a community, can band together to do amazing things for a friend in need. Please consider donating to help Jake with his medical bills. Every little bit adds up. Sharing this fundraiser around your community is also greatly appreciated.
