Fighting cancer

Hello my name is Sam and I am 3 years old. I am a male dog and I have been diagnosed with a stomach tumor that will require surgery. I would love to have a longer life so I can be happy and make my owners happy. My owners can't afford  this surgery for me so if anyone can help me get this surgery so I can get out of pain and discomfort and have a longer life please help. I know I am only an animal but I deserve and want to live my life to the fullest. Thanks
