Rick Hunt Accident Recovery Fund

Rick Hunt, Mr. Smile, and his wife Barbara have been full time residents in Elephant Butte, New Mexico for more than 7 years.  Rick and Barb are originally from Nebraska, but have chosen New Mexico for their home.

Rick is known for his ever present toothy grin, hat or visor and fit physique.  An easy laugh, his love of his wife Barb, his ready willingness to lend a helping hand to a friend or neighbor, and the outdoors and sports are what signifies Rick.  Both Rick and Barb are constantly lending a helping hand to the Seniors of Sierra County, and are know for their generosity of time and energy.

Rick has been a constant fixture around Elephant Butte in the past 3–4 years, running his Handyman business.

Over the Holidays, Rick suffered some very serious injuries in an ATV accident in Arizona, and is now in a hospital in California, in serious condition.

Rick and Barb will need a lot of prayers and financial help to get them both through this.
