emergency surgery expenses

With my son's medical expenses over the past year having finally slowed down,we thought we might be able to start paying down some debt and maybe even take a vacation this year only to have my wife in an accident where she will not be able to return to work for quite some time. Our pride can no longer stop us from asking for help from anybody that can help.
