Sophie needs surgery. HELP

We must travel from Phoenix to Cincinatti for surgery. We need enough money to survive without a paycheck for 5 weeks along with medical cost and the cost of travel expenses.
Sophie was born with anal rectum malformations and needs corrective surgery for her quality of life. Recently she has declined and requires much needed surgery from the world renowned surgeon located in Cincinatti Children's. Phoenix Childrens can not help her and have referred her there. It is a financial burden on our family and our beautiful daughter needs our help. Please help Sophie get the help she needs.
Sophie's is a great student, a compassionate caring friend, devoted to her best friend "Buddy" the dog, and dreams of being a clinical nurse someday. She is a incredible daughter and my best friend.
