Help with DJ's vet bills

I've started this fund to help our friend April Scott, one of the owners of Dachshund Delights, whose pup DJ has just had his second back surgery.  DJ went down suddenly the weekend of February 15.  Fortunately the surgery went well, and DJ is expected to recover fully, but back surgery for a dachshund is expensive!  

As all of you know, April has been the first one to offer help in times of crisis for dogs in need and for other dachshund owners in need... She could use our help now.  Any gift, no matter the size, will help us meet the goal to pay for DJ's surgery.

Any funds raised in excess of the amount needed for DJ's care will be donated to Scarlett's House, the new entity April has formed to care for senior dachshunds who may need a place to live out their golden years.
