Dependable vehicle for chemotherapy

I need a vehicle to take me back-and-forth from Trenton MO and Saint Joseph MO.  I have high grade papillary urothelial Carcinoma Which continues to keep popping up in my bladder. I'm a very active member of AA I try to make to  As many meetings as I can. But mainly I need a vehicle because I have so many health issues and doctor's appointments Is start feeling bad asking the same person over and over you for a ride. Out of all that the main reason I need a vehicle is to get to my cancer treatments for my bladder cancer that they said is high grade which means it grows fast I have to stay on top of it but I gotta go to Saint Joe to do it I don't have any Transportation right now so I need a car. I am on SSI fixed income.
