Help with Baxter's Medical Costs

I adopted Baxter last summer from SoCal Bulldog rescue. I fell in love with him immediately, and has been a perfect addition to my little family. If you have met him, you know that he is the biggest sweetheart. As a senior bulldog, I knew our time was limited. However, I have been determined to give him the best years of his life. I would go to any lengths necessary to uphold this promise and give him the love he deserves. He loves going to the dog beach here in Long Beach, he loves car rides, and he is also a big fan of Game of Thrones!
It's hard for me to ask for your help, but I need your help! As some of you know, Baxter has been under the weather. Fluid started building up in his abdomen and he didn't want to eat or go for walks anymore. To get him comfortable and healthy again it is taking a lot to determine what the issue is (we are getting closer!) My vet bills keep going up and after a visit to the cardiologist today, I will have put out $2000+ in the past two days. Besides being emotionally draining, this has been financially draining. I am super stressed, so I'm leaning on you for help.
