Go Fund Peggy Campbell Medical Bills

Where to start, Peggy’s left foot started giving her severe pain in January of 2019.
Just before that she was told that the Christian retail store, she had worked at for nearly
Fourteen and a half years would close sometime at the end of the year, and so it did in
November 2019.
She was finally about to have surgery for a terribly worn tendon on her left foot on
December 4,2019, which happens to be our anniversary. During the surgery, one of
the Anesthesiologist broke one of front crowns, that was costly and time consuming to
repair. The doctor’s insurance refused to pay.
While recovering from the foot surgery along with the numerous visits to the dentist and
Oral Surgeon, COVID-19 hits the USA. Fortunately, Peggy has been saved from that
challenge. She was in a wheel chair until April 2020 and had to use the walker until
about July 2020.
However, she has fought several serious physical battles for nearly eight months, with a
Kidney stone that caused Sepsis near her left Kidney, which nearly took her life. Peggy
was hospitalized three times, she had a number of medical procedures in two different
hospitals almost every week.
During all of this time she, has been without a job, and I have endeavored to be her
caregiver. The company that she worked for did not pay into the Unemployed Insurance
so, when they closed the store, she was unable to draw Unemployment.
Northwest Baptist Church, Chesapeake, VA, the church I serve as Pastor, has been
very supportive. The love, concern and compassion have been a real blessing.
I Officiate wedding’s part-time.
There are Medical bills that need to be paid. It is my hope that this GO Fund Peggy, will
raise the funds needed to cover Peggy’s medical bills.
With all the tests, hospital stays and at least 11 days in several hospitals total, it is
nothing less than a miracle that it is only $ 15,000.00.
Both Peggy and I would be very thankful for whatever you could do, to give assistance
at this time.
Contributions may be made to Go Fund Me, or you may send a contribution to
