Help a Black lesbian move out

Hey yall, my name is Dani. I am a Black 21 year old non-binary lesbian, and I am trying to leave an unhealthy/unsafe household. I have been dealing with years of abuse, in several forms from the hands of my guardian and it really is starting to exhaust me. On top of the abuse, my mom is very transphobic and homophobic. I am currently looking for an apartment and I need help getting that, plus help getting everything together once I find an apartment. I would greatly appreciate it if you all could help me out, even if its just sharing this.
