The Innocence Pleads

I am a sales rep for AT&T. An unfortunate customer stopped in today, 6/6/20, seeking help to protect herself from any further fraud from what she just experienced. She is a middle age women who is on disability and is keeping her head above harsh waters this world is currently facing. All she wanted to do was to purchase 2 clothing articles from an online website. Unfortunately, this advertisement lead to her account being wiped clean of the little she had. She now has to wait 90 days to see if she can recover anything at all. Her tears really resignated with me and all I'd like to do is help raise the portion she has lost. I worry about her lively-hood and her ability to afford the basic essentials. Please help me rebuild her confidence, and secure her lively-hood. In respect of her privacy and fear of giving out more information than she has already released, I will refrain from including her name.
