USA Deaflympics Beach Volleyball

       Between July 24 and August 4, 2013, I will be representing the United States in the Deaflympics in Sofia, Bulgaria! Our team needs your help! The USA Deaf Women's Beach Volleyball team wants to go for gold and we want it bad. Please help us reach our goal at the 2013 Summer Deaflympics in Sofia, Bulgaria!

     Michelle Skowzgird and her partner, Shana Lehmann will be playing for beach volleyball, and also for indoor volleyball with the USA National Women's Volleyball team. This will be Michelle's first ever Deaflympics; she and her teammate are working hard to bring home the gold.

     To support our efforts, consider making a contribution on this page. Any contribution, no matter how small or large, will go a long way towards our goal of capturing the Gold!

      We already have set up tournaments and training to get ourselves in prime game-time shape for the next few months. We can't do this without all your help. Each of us must raise $4,500 to cover the tournament, travel expenses which includes airfare, lodging, meals, apparel, as well as the cost of training camps.
