Busting Bakers Mandate

FLU YOU BAKER, a grassroots movement led by Mr. Vincent Delaney which represents more than 11,500 Massachusetts parents, grandparents, and concerned citizens, will be filing a class-action lawsuit against Governor Baker, and the State of Massachusetts, citing the unconstitutionality of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health’s August 19, 2020 requirements for school attendance. This GoFundMe has been established as a means to pay the legal fees associated with this class action lawsuit. The attorneys have been retained, they are Attorney Thomas Mason, Patrick Leduc, Luke Lirot. Mr. Delaney, and the FLU YOU BAKER parents, oppose this government overreach and believe that this choice resides with parents, their children, and their physicians. Education is a fundamental right in Massachusetts and the state’s decision to deny education on the basis of this annual requirement violates the rights of citizens granted by the Constitution and discriminates against families without the means to homeschool their children.
