2,021kms in 2021 for Lifeline Australia

Tax deductible
I'm Bec and throughout my life I have struggled through some pretty challenging mental health battles.

In 2019 I was diagnosed with depression and had one of the toughest battles on my hands. But very few people knew, or even still are aware just how depressed I actually was.

Bring on 2020 and I have been able to work through so many challenges thrown my way, and with the help of lifeline on occasion I am now in a much better place and finally have learnt what I needed to learn to take charge of my life.

Lifeline is my chosen charity not only because I have used the resource, but because I have family who have volunteered their time to Lifeline, and also because I feel there is a stigma around the charity.

I want to raise awareness that Lifeline is there for you whenever you are struggling, it is a valuable resource and I want to thank all of those amazing humans on the other end of the phone.

So support me walking or running 2,021kms in 2021 for this amazing charity!
