2020 HPNF Annual Appeal
Donation protected
Please support the 2020 Hospice and Palliative Nurses Foundation Annual Appeal.
The Hospice and Palliative Nurses Foundation (HPNF) is a 501(c)3 charitable organization that provides professional development opportunities to qualified members of the hospice and palliative care team.
It's been a challenging year for all front line workers, including our nation's hospice and palliative nurses who care for patients and families at their most vulnerable moments. Your contribution can provide nurses the education, support and mentoring they need, especially during these challenging times
Giving money to HPNF is not about making a donation; it is about making a difference in the life of a hospice or palliative care nurse. Following the 2020 HPNA Clinical Practice Forum we received this note from one of our conference attendees:
“The passion, preparations, integrity, clinical acumen, depth and richness of knowledge/insight were readily apparent on all fronts. Please be incredibly proud not only of what you've created here but also of your ongoing outreach and support to us all at this time. It is far less lonely when I know you're with me during such times when I'm bedside solo in my PPE with a dying patient or one struggling intensely with symptoms. My practice is truly enriched by the mentorship provided by this in learning/thinking/reflecting than I did right now.” organization and the people who have founded/led/inspired/engaged within it over time. Thank you far more deeply than I have words to express. I couldn't have needed this sense of community and engagement”
Since 1998 HPNF has been making resources available for hospice and palliative care nurses. Now more than ever, we need your help so that we may continue to provide grants and scholarships for education, certification, and research.
