Get Barry Healthy Fund

This is taking alot for us to do this...Swallowing our pride and saying hey AMERICA we need your help! 3 years ago Barry was diagnosed at the age of 35 with Mestastic Esophageal Cancer, 10 days before our son, Matthew was born. It has been a hard battle that we have been fighting hard everyday. In December 2010, a surgeron was able to remove the tumor that was growing in Barrys Esophgus in hopes that he would be cancer free. In order to do this they had to remove his larnyx and his esophgus. Unfortuately that was unsucessful, and he has been receiving chemotheropy ever since. His cancer has been stable, until last week....He had some swelling in neck so we called the doctor and was admitted in the hospital. Barry and I were told last week that the cancer is spreading fast. It is now in his spine, neck, liver and lungs. The doctors are no longer recommending chemo telling us that it is only making him sicker. I was told take him home and let nature run its course. He is currently getting raditation on his back to help surpass the pain. As you can imagine we are at a loss. Today Barry received a letter from SSDI that they have overpaided him for 3 months and will not receive the income that he uses to pay to go to and from the doctor, pay the sitter to watch Matthew, (while he rests/and I am at work) and to get his medications to keep him alive. Although know that they are wrong and are appealing it, SSDI (social sercurity for the disable), will not pay until a decision has been made. Barry cant wait until then........... HE CANNOT WAIT FOR THEM.. HE NEEDS TREATMENT AND MEDICATION NOW!!! I am hoping that I can raise money for him so he can get the medication and treatment he needs...I am working full time, though this income covers our normal bills ) (rent, electricity, food ect.) PLEASE HELP US! We are a young family, with a 3 year old. People always say whatever you need just ask.... well here I am..whatever you can do helps!!!
