please help save my little man

Please please please help me save my baby gg by donating anything you can towards the surgery he needs to save his life.  Yesterday we went to the vet for some tests to see why he has been feeling crummy for the past few weeks. While there they ran blood work and a urine sample.  After getting the results they told me to immediately to get him to an emergency vet clinic and that his liver was failing. We rushed straight there and after many many tests they discovered he has a liver shunt that without surgery will most likely kill my best friend.  I honestly don't know what I would do without him.  He is the sweetest little guy with the most awesome personality I have ever seen.  Everyone who meets him falls instantly in love with him.  He is super loving and cuddly and is the best friend of a 4 year old little girl.  I really cant stand to see him so uncomfortable and in so much pain...  I just want my little guy to be better.
