False Check scam

So I did something completely stupid. I knew it was stupid but still did it. I ended up getting scammed for 10,000 dollars. I saw it coming and still allowed myself to let it happen. I don’t know what to do but I do know that I am now freaking out. So now I owe the bank $8272 because of this. I’ll be working as hard as I can to fix this but ultimately I don’t know how to pay that back. So I’m asking for as much help as I can get. I can’t offer much as I’m only a graphic artist but I’m asking for any help.
