Dr. Boo's Vet Bills

On January 25, 2013 Dr. Boo fell ill; he wasn't keeping down his food and was very lethargic. When my cat who usually greets me at the door when I come home running with loud meows didn't make a peep, I knew something was wrong. My best little dude wasn't feeling good.

Boo is home and recovering now, but getting there involved a very expensive trip and overnight stay at the emergency vet.

Paid with money I don't have. I'm an illustrator new to the job world, and work minimum wage full time to cover my regular bills. I however have no savings, or spare money for emergencies such as these.

Money made through this GoFundMe campaign will help pay for the following;

1) The initial emergency vet bill for Dr. Boo of well over $1300. This bill included the vet consult, an emergency fee, 2 x-rays, blood work and his 24 hour stay at the clinic.

2) A follow up visit down the road to my local vet. Boo was discharged after his symptoms cleared, but no actual cause of his illness was found. We just knew what it wasn't. I'll be making a follow up appointment for Boo within the coming months and will need the funds to do this.

3) Monthly payments of pet insurance, so this doesn't happen again.

4) Exciting fees from this website, Paypal and other costs to get the money to me. The internet is an exciting place.
