Help Bring Kelli Home From Costa Rica

This past week, my parents were  celebrating their 40th anniversary on a Panama cruise. They went on an off shore  zip-line excursion in  Puerto Limon, Costa Rica. When it was my mother's turn their was some miscommunication with the personnel running the zip-line. My mom proceeded down the zip-line to find out to her horror that their was a bus in the way. She ran into the top of the bus, bounced back, and hit a second time. This broke her femur and tibia causing her a compound fracture. An ambulance was called. They had to get her to the closest hospital, which was 4 hours away in San Jose, Costa Rica. They wouldn't take her and my dad until they were paid upfront. My dad was unable to get back on the cruise and retrieve their personnel belongings. When they arrived at the hospital with just the few things they had with them, in San Jose, she was taken into surgery. The Dr's say she will, eventually, make a full recovery. However, they are racking up hospital bills even with medical insurance. After, she is released from the hospital she will have to go to a rehab center in San Jose for some time. When she is released from the rehab center she will need a flight home back to Salt Lake City, where she will need physical therapy. We are hoping to get her a non-stop flight from San Jose to Orlando, where she can rest for a few days, and then continue with her travel on another non-stop flight home to SLC.
