help Toby get back on his feet

Hi this is jose. My dog toby broke his top right leg by falling down the stairs. We took him to the clinic and they told us he needs a surgery that cost 3000 dollars. Me and my family don't have that kind of money right now so I'm hoping this will help pay for the surgery. Please help
