Help Scott Limp Into 2020

Hello I am Scott Blackman. As many of you may or may not know, 2019 was a rough year for me. I suffered a variety of setbacks both legally, financially and physically. Recently just before the holidays i suffered a severe break in my right leg. It was a break that affected both my tibia (shin bone), and the fibula snapping them both in two. I had a very successful surgery and have been recovering very well. As many of you have experienced before I am sure, however with limited compensation from insurance, and the high cost of medical procedures in general added to time missed from work I have fallen way behind on my normal bills. I have recently returned to work, but it will be awhile before I will be back to normal birth physically and financially. I am behind on my rent, have maxed out credit cards and borrowed from my company all to try and keep me afloat. My personal responsibility after insurance for surgery and ambulance e.t.c already is right around $6,000 and I expect there will be more fees trickling in. Gaining partial disability pay from my insurance company is very little and is a long drawn out process that will not help much. It is with great humbleness that I reach out to you and ask for assistance. The holidays are always brutal on people's pocketbooks which I am totally aware, so the timing couldn't be worse, but I am truly humbled and thankful for whatever you may be able to contribute.
