Saving Long Time Family Home

This is my call for assistance, been fighting to save our grand parents home that my family and I live in. Been going back and forth with the city with a large water bill that a row home never should have occurred. Help from our city seem to be in the distance. After many times of going to city offices for assistance. We are at this point of needing lots of help.Saving my family home.
