Ella’s Triumphant Trip For Surgery

Our sweet Ella who is 10 needs to go back to Cincinnati Ohio to have surgery with the Colorectal specialists. We went earlier this year for help with getting Ella bowel management. She has tried for several months going through laxatives and high volume enemas with no success! Her body is not responding and we have no other choices but the surgical option. This is a life long condition called imperforate anus(birth defect). A little back story is she was born and had three surgeries which included a colostomy bag. She has battled trying to get a balance but nothing ever seemed to work well. After several doctors and specialists we were referred to the colorectal Center in Cincinnati Ohio. This past year as I said above we traveled to get Bowel management in the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital,but Now we are just asking for any help again. We are so grateful to all who have helped us within this past year and all who can help us get her to see the doctors who can help her correctly.Thank you everyone!
