Evans Tooth

My front two teeth came out when I got hit in the mouth by a hockey puck at 8 years old. They’ve gotten knocked out many times over the years, most recently on Christmas Eve by a cob of corn. The original tooth “nub” is so small now that I am forced to get a titanium implant, which is a pretty penny. Just looking for some help.
