Cindy Becker

As most of you are aware, I was diagnosed with AML Acute Myeloid Leukemia in March. Since released from hospital in April, I have been receiving chemo treatments to maintain remission. I just completed what I hope to be the last treatment before being admitted. I will be admitted on January 2 . My bone marrow transplant is scheduled for January 8th. I have an international donor, as no family members were an eligible match. I’m extremely grateful for the Be a Match organization and Froedtert for finding this match. I have a long journey, but am ready for the challenge. I’m blessed with a great support from family and friends. I will continue to provide updates. Thank you for all the love and support, Cindy
