E's Concussion Collection

I sustained a concussion on November 12. So far my bills have totaled ~$750, and I still have eight more physical therapy appointments at $100 a visit. My health insurance benefits reset on September 1, so I now find myself in the position of having to meet my deductible of $1,500 in just the first couple months my coverage period (and of course, not everything applies to my deductible). There have also been additional expenses like taking Ubers because the metro gives me headaches, grocery delivery because the grocery store gives me (you guessed it) headaches, and just various other things like special glasses and earplugs. I've also used up all my sick leave that I've accrued so far, and will be using it for PT appointments as fast as I accrue it, and I expect some sick days without pay to come my way. (Since I'm a teacher, I don't have annual leave I can supplement my sick leave with.) Basically don't get a concussion in America. Aflac helps a little, not nowhere near enough. I'm trying to raise $3,000 to pay my deductible and other expenses associated with my recovery. Can you help me out?
