My new big venture is to embark on a podcast series yet to be named. This new venture is extremely passionate to me and encompasses my passion and dedication to music, arts, mental health and the female journey.
I want to start a podcast that I can actually relate to. Not one by a celebrity/self helper. A gritty in the trenches look at mental health & gender & all the shit shows in between. For those of us who don’t have money, fame, power, resources, support. For the real girls out there.
Featuring personal entries and interviews with other women struggling to find their space in an industry and world against adversity whether mental health, male politics in creative industries and public spaces.
We will deal with all issues pertaining to mental health, imposter syndrome, rising above and the daily grind of documenting the journey. We will be highlighting great resources and organisations that can help with mental health, mindfulness, and bringing the community together to share in a common goal - creativity, music, mental health and awareness.
