HELP FOR Justine,Chase,& Kids

My name is Chase smith. My Fiance Justine Gaudlock got in a REALLY BAD car wreck, Going 55mph head on with another vehicle. that left her with A broken femur in 15 places on her left Leg, and her right leg is broken from her knee down with a Boken ankle. She also broke 2 Places in her back L5 & her tail bone, as well as broken ribs and a broken pelvis. So therefore that leaves her and myself out of work for A GOOD WHILE. with Absolutely No income. We have 2 children a 1 year old and a 3 year old they are Both boys. Anything would be Greatly appreciated to help on Bill's, Christmas, rent, and all other expenses we will have like doctor Bill's .
