Powered standaid for a STROKE survivor

Hi. My name is Tony Green, most folks will know me ftom the jollyboys social group and the various fun charity events we ran for a number of charities over the last 5 years. I am normally asking for help for others but this time i sadly am asking you for help but this time for myself. Back in October 2019 l survived a stroke which has wiped out my left side. I was really really lucky to avoid any brain or major loss of speech but my left side is paralysed for now. Sadly not long after getting home we went into lockdown so i have had no physio work since getting out of hospital. My attitude is positive and i will push to get as much of ME back. So here is where i need your support. When i originally put out this appeal loads of really generous people donated and because of them i was able to get the equipment i needed to keep life as normal as possible.i now need a specific piece of equipment and again have to ask for help. i have to use a powered standaid to be able to stand up and transfer from my wheelchair or to use the loo or be put to bed. i now need one that folds down for storage but also allows me to do rehab excercise on it. This kit costs £1200 plus vat. These are not available on the NHS so I need help to get one. I will keep doing updates on progress but improvement will be slow and this equipment will be a life changer keeping me a level of mobility.
