Hi everyone I am fundraising for my monthly bills to be paid every month until I can have the spine surgery I need or to be able to fully function at a job where I can get paid enough to take care of me and my 2 children. I had a slip n fall accident while dancing at a club (job) in February 2018. Rubbing alcohol was poured on the stage and not cleaned up before 30 girls went on stage for role call. I fell in that puddle while wearing 4inch high heel shoes! I landed on my left hip and have been suffering from the pain of that fall for over 2 yrs now. Today (October 6, 2020) I saw the pain mgmt doc. He is sending me to a neurosurgeon to see if the 5mm synovial syst that has now developed on my spine from the accident can be surgically removed from my spine. Until then I will receive my 2nd L5 Nerve Facet Injection in my lower spine on October 13, 2020 to reduce the pain.
Once the pain is gone it doesn't mean that I should go back to dancing or doing physical work like I have been doing all my life. So I am trying to learn a new trade by being a legal assistant or paralegal now at the age of almost 50! So I am starting at the bottom and really need your help more than ever.
